Mail-In Rebate Application for MA and NH Customers
Understand the process for submitting a successful mail-in rebate application to help eliminate questions and increase customer satisfaction.
If your customers choose to apply by mail, provide them with a rebate application or show them how they can download one. When they apply by mail they should:
- Complete the appropriate rebate application.
- Include copies of their utility bill and contractor invoice.
- Mail in the completed application form with the supporting documents.
